(Association of Territorial collectivities and Professionals for Heating networks and waste Valorization) AMORCE, association law 1901, gathers 275 communities and 121 professionals.
It has two functions:
- be a place to share experience,
- be a force of proposal

in three spheres of activity:
- the heating networks (engineering, economy, policy, taxation),
- the management of municipal waste (technical choices for collection, recovery, storage, transport, regulations, costs, financings, policy aspects, taxation, information),
- energy management by the territorial collectivities (production, distribution, consumption, consequences of town planning and transport choices).
